Visit the last Chilean palm forest

(World biosphere reserve)

Spring is the best season to walk in middle of an exotic vegetation towards a pictoresque scenery of the waterfall in the Palm sector of Ocoa. You can see different types of endemic trees (e.g. the Chilean palm tree, “boldo” and “peumo” trees, and cactus) and birds in a peaceful environment.

El Morado in Cajón del Maipo

The route crosses the valley of Cajón del Maipo. Trekking tour destination is the mountain El Morado and the San Francisco glacier.

The trip is organised throughout the year and you can reach the foot of the San Francisco

Glacier.

The mountains in the surroundings can reach the altitude of over 5,000 meters and if you are lucky you could see condors cruising over the precipices.

The Pacific Ocean

Visit to different areas ranging from San Antonio, where you can see the Fish market, to Algarrobo. The idea is to experience the wide variety of eco system which can be found in that area. You can walk by the seaside and admire the frothy waves of the often rough sea and its marine fauna. There is also a possibility to visit Pablo Neruda´s Museum in Isla Negra.
